49ers Reporting is a private, limited-purpose application used by authorized users of 49ers Gold Bond LLC to prepare financial dashboards, reconciliations, and appropriate reports from QuickBooks Online data.
1. Information we access
With authorization from a QuickBooks company administrator, the application may access the company identifier and accounting information needed for reporting, including accounts, balances, transactions, customers, vendors, and standard financial reports. It does not request access to QuickBooks Payments data.
2. How information is used
Information is used only to prepare, update, validate, and maintain authorized internal financial reporting, reconciliations, oversight materials, and related filings. We do not sell QuickBooks data, use it for advertising, or make it publicly available.
3. Sharing and access
Access is limited to authorized company personnel and service providers who need the information to operate or secure the reporting process. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or with the company’s direction.
4. Storage and security
Connection credentials are protected using access controls and secure storage. The application uses encrypted connections when communicating with Intuit. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
5. Retention and deletion
QuickBooks information and connection records are retained only for as long as needed for the authorized reporting purpose, legal obligations, or operational continuity. When the connection is revoked or deletion is requested, retained data that is not legally required will be deleted or securely de-identified within a reasonable period.
6. Your controls
A QuickBooks company administrator may revoke the application’s access through QuickBooks Online or use the application’s disconnect process. An authorized representative may also request information about retained data or ask for its deletion through the established 49ers Gold Bond LLC business contact.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the application or applicable requirements. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
